The finished front cover

I did not change much when I got my audience feedback. All I changed was the tone of the image. I got told that it was too bright which is what I also thought. I edited the image on photoshop to make the image darker to make it more interesting. I think it has made it interesting beacause the colours are more vibrant and different from when it wasnt edited at all. You can hardly see this persons eyes through the glasses which gives this page attitude and coolness, the leather jacket and smoking also help this feeling.
The colour of the image also brings out the text. The text is now easier to view and read since the colours have been darkened down.
I also was told from my feedback that I should blur some of the background, I did this and it brings more attention to the person in the image. The grass, the sky and the wooden banister have been blured so the reader now will look at the model and the stairs where he is sitting.
Overall I think this feedback has helped my magazine front cover for the better.
